SHIPPING Rate

RbME has a flat shipping rate of $5.00 per order and will ship with USPS.

Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing time. Orders placed by 12:00 noon pacific standard time will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon pacific standard time will be processed the following business day. Refused packages will be charged shipping in full.

Some products are made to order each shipping time is indicated in the product details.

Refund can only be issued to the card that was used for original purchase

EXCHANGES

If you request an exchange, any difference in price for exchanges will be charged or refunded to the same credit card used to place the original order.

GIFT ITEMS

We cannot refund gift items only exchange. If you received the item(s) as a gift, you may exchange for one that is of equal or more value and we will charge you the difference.

Ship us the unused item in its original and unworn condition, all tickets attached and a copy of your invoice within 14 days of the item(s) being received.

For a full refund, minus shipping charge returns MUST be received at our warehouse within 14 days of the item(s) being received. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. Please allow 5 business days upon your return's arrival at our warehouse for processing.
